This is an A2 acrylic painting of a plate of meat that we were working from throughout the day. I wanted to focus on the contrasting colours of the different variations of meat. What i think was successful was the the texture that i managed to produce using the paints. I was conscious of placing the meat in the centre of the page, wanting to create a interesting composition. I cropped my image on photoshop to make it stand out on the page, to make it bigger and more dynamic.
