Heidi and Erin, research on Philip Guston


Philip Guston works similarly  to how we worked with meat earlier this morning, by his technique of mark making. His work is usually crude and abstract, like some of ours in the class.

Personally we prefer Philip Gustons earlier work, as they are subtle and blend well. The colours chosen go well together and create a soft and hazy effect.
